Every purchase on Billionaire's Wall — bricks bought from us and bricks bought from other members — is final. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges.
Why
Bricks appear on the wall the moment you pay, and each set is unique. Once claimed, they cannot be offered to anyone else.
Want out?
Instead of a refund, you can list your bricks for sale on the Market at any price you choose. A 15% platform fee applies to every resale.
Removed content
If we remove your content for breaking our rules, no refund is given.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email yo@billionaireswall.club within 14 days and we will look into it.
